    beta_diversity_through_plots.py problem

    Hello all,

    I am currently having issues with the script beta_diversity_through_plots.py

    when attempting to run it, I receive this Error message, along with empty output folders

    ValueError: No valid samples/environments found. Check whether tree tips match otus/taxa present in samples/environments

    Would anyone know how I might fix this issue? Thank you in advance for any advise!
