    Seq-cap Bioinformatic workflow help

    Hi all,

    we have done e Seq-cap experiment (in solution with "Rivia" probes) and then run it on a 454.

    95 Genes (3-4 exons captured for everyone) for 25 MIDs.

    What you suggested ? i'm undecied on how to start the analysis workflow. Any advice is highly appreciated !
