    ExomeDepth CNV detection

    Hi all,

    I have used ExomeDepth package for the detection of CNVs in my WES samples. All my samples show a number of CNVs of 130 on average, but there is one sample were I have obtained over 1000 CNVs called. For that sample there isn't any problem with the reads mapping and SNVs detection. Can it be a technical issue? However the samples from the same run and analysis don't show any problem....Is there anybody who had the same issue?
