Hi all,
Upon carefully moving a sequencer to an adjacent room in our lab. I now receive the following error when trying to initialize HCS software v.2.2.38 on a HiSeq 1000.
The temporary folder 'E:\Illumina\HiSeqTemp' is not a valid local drive.
(Illumina.HiSeqControlSoftware.Logic.Paths+InvalidPathException)
There is no E drive on the computer. I have tried several times to restart computer then instrument and keep getting this error. Illumina tech support is no help as service contract has lapsed. Any help would be much appreciated?
