Hi all,
I'm generating an alignment using Bowtie, but if I'm issuing the command :
./SOAPsnpZ/soapsnp -i 100kfa_s_suis.fa.out.bowtie.head10.sored -d CloudBurst-small-sample/s_suis.fa -o gaga
Reading Chromosome and dbSNP information Done.
The progam just does nothing that consuming CPU cycles...four hours, but the read file is only 10 lines.
Is there a way to find out what the program is doing?
(I've also attached the two files to these links)
