Hi, forgive me if this is a silly question, but I've been looking over the TCGA data for breast cancer, and I notice that there are often genes that are homozygously deleted, yet have detectable and sometimes highly expressed mRNA transcripts. This doesn't make much sense to me. Just wondering if anyone can shed any light.
