How to evaluate Chip-Seq Illumina Solexa data analysis results?

print all of your sequences out on A4 paper....stick the sheets of A4 together in a manner that resemble a wombat... dig a big hole and sit in it with your pages of wombat sequence and wish that marsupials were not so nonchalant
