Question Install pysam for DEXSeq package

Hello,
I am trying to use DEXSeq package to access exon expression of my RNA seq data. Since my tophat2 output is in .bam format I need to install pysam package. But I keep getting following error message.
cl : Command line error D8021 : invalid numeric argument '/Wno-error=declaration-after-statement'
error: command 'C:\\Users\\AppData\\Local\\Programs\\Common\\Microsoft\\Visual C++ for Python\\9.0\\VC\\Bin\\cl.exe' failed with exit status 2

Could anyone please help to solve this matter?

I'm not sure that you'll be able to easily get this compiled without using mingw or something like that. As a general rule, it's best to avoid using windows in bioinformatics.

Seems like bad luck. I think I'd be able to move to linux. Thank you very much.
