MapSplice v2.1.7 installation guide (in Ubuntu 17.4)

Hello,

I need to install map splice to run an assay.
Anyone can please help me to install it on Ubuntu ?

by typing "make" in the mapsplice directory following errors pop up :

Makefile:189: recipe for target 'bowtie-build' failed
make[1]: *** [bowtie-build] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory '/home/mina/Downloads/MapSplice-v2.1.7/src/MapSplice'
Makefile:84: recipe for target 'mapsplice_multi_thread' failed
make: *** [mapsplice_multi_thread] Error 2

This is on bioconda, so I would recommend to install via that way:
