Hi
I am a new hand for De novo discovery, I find Velvet and ABySS require K-mers, I have single-end SOLiD data and think to know how to get optimal k-mer and N50. Can everyone give me some paper for K-mer or N50? Thanks for any comments in advance. I am looking forward to your letter |
