Hallo,
we plan to start whole genome sequencing of human samples. Unfortunately, the patients are already deceased and there is not much DNA left, so I will get GenomiPhi amplified DNA for this sequencing project.
Can I prepare Fragment libraries from this re-amplified material with standard protocols or will we have to expect problems?
Do you recommend any modifications?
