My team has reached the "serious considerations" stage of purchasing a NextSeq 2000, and I'm curious to hear how others are liking (or disliking?!) their instruments. Our team has a few questions:
1) How is your lab performing QC on the libraries/pools to load on the NextSeq 2000?
2) If you're using qPCR, what system are you using?
3) What issues, if any, are you seeing with the NextSeq 2000 data?
I've already spoken with Illumina technical support and our FAS, and they've pointed me to some good material on QC suggestions and NextSeq 500/2000 data comparisons, but I'm also curious to hear from any real-world users (especially those who transitioned from/added to a NextSeq 500).
