    New to the forum and new to NGS

    just a quick post to say hello. My work will be focusing on CRISPR based screening and lineage tracking work.
    I have minimal experience with prgramming/bioinfomatics, but do have some experience of using the command line and Gnome environments (from time at Sanger, mainly physical mapping of old sequencing- think virtual fingerprint digests!).

    I imagine I will mainly use MAGeck for the CRISPR work but I am still on the lookout for a way to analyse a barcode library I have generated.

    Thanks in advance for any help I find on the forum.
