Hiring a computational biology PhD student or a Postdoctoral Fellow

I am looking for a Ph.D. student or a postdoctoral fellow in computational biology. Applicants should have prior education in the field.
The research project focuses on the identification of host-associated microbial genes in large-scale genomic datasets. The project will combine microbial genomics and molecular evolution.
We will systematically identify the genes that help prokaryotic and eukaryotic microbes adapt to different host organisms and their tissues. Through the study we will improve the understanding of host-microbe interactions. The study will be followed by experimental validation (not necessarily done by the hired student).

The lab is located at the Rehovot campus of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel (near the Rehovot train station).
