Hi,
I recently saw that the capacity for generalized linear models have been added to some of the bioconductor packages like EdgeR. I know that previously BaySeq was the only option for going beyond pairwise comparisons, and was wondering if there is any work to compare the results of using BaySeq vs. the GLM (ideally with the use of biological replicates). I'm a student and new to the forum (but looking for options for analyzing an experiment) and so I apologize in advance if I missed another thread that addressed this; my literature searches so far haven't come up with much on the newer GLM implementations for RNA-Seq. Thanks in advance for any advice / information you may have!
