    miRNA's expression normalization

    Hi everybody,

    i have two set of miRNAs: A|B : The first has obtained 1/3 of the total sequences of the second. How do i need to consider the level expression ?

    For example if i have 2000 reads for a particular miRNA X in the set A and 1000 in the B it means that miRNA X is about 2x expressed in A respect to B?

    If is it like i think i should have a normalization....

    What you suggest ?? Is there any way, script, tools that may help ???
