    G'day

    Hi all,

    I have just attempted my first library prep for SOLiD total RNA-Seq. Thought I should join this in anticiaption of crappy library prep and hints and tips for my next attempt... Surprisingly... I think the 1st prep went OK but the proof is always in the sequencing hey! looking foward to seeing what goes on in here.
