Hi all
Does any one has tried storing Image data. we have T7500. what is the process to analyze the image data after run?

It's very, just easy change the xml file in PeriodicSaves directory. The XML tag is
<SaveImages>true</SaveImages>.

What instrument do you have? My understanding is that it is possible to reprocess images one the GA-IIx, but none of the HS (HiSeq/HiScanSQ) instruments.

So, while it is possible to save the image files, on HS instruments, you can't do anything with them. So there is little impetus to do so. On the contrary, you could easily out run the storage capacity of a HiSeq2000 and inadvertently halt a run were you to do so.
