Hi!
I came across this package:
Im running the cim() function after sPLS:
resultsPLS <- spls(X, Y, ncomp = 5, mode = "canonical", keepX = rep( dim(X)[2] , 5 ), keepY = rep( dim(Y)[2], 5 ) )
cimAll <- cim(resultsPLS, xlab = "genes", ylab = "lipids", margins = c(5, 6), zoom = TRUE)
Two questions:
1. "zoom = TRUE" gives an error:
"Error in cim.default(simMat, labRow = X.names, labCol = Y.names, ...) :
attempt to apply non-function"
2. How can I easily extract clusters? (I have spent much time on this ending up zooming in on a very large PDF, but its slow)
Thanks!
