    Phylogeny- CpRev+G+F

    Hi!

    I need to perform a phylogeny with a 20X5974 matrix. I analyzed my matrix with prottest 3 for know the best model to use. It said CpRev+G+F. Now im looking for a software able to perform my phylogeny with this kind of model.

    Any suggestions?
    Thanks!

    p.s I looked by myself if raxML and phyML have this model, but I found nothing... I'm new in this domain and maybe I don't know where to search They have the CpRev model...but how to have the G+F?
