Service provider for Illuminas Nextera libraries

Hi all,
does anyone here happen to know of a reliable service provider that offers sequencing of dual indexed Nextera libraries? Was not able to find one amongst the listed ones and our on campus facillity does not offer that service yet.

What I need is:
* 36 bp or more single end
* two 8 bp indexes
* sequencing on HiSeq 2000
* accepts self-prepared libraries
* ideally within europe

Would be greatful for any kind of hint.
