Does anyone know of or has made their own that they could share, of an Illumina library sample prep troubleshooting guide for Illumina sequencing? This applies to any or all of Illumina's sample prep types, like genomic, mRNA, cDNA, chip-seq, etc

Yes, our FAS prepared a basic troubleshooting information session that he presented at our local Illumina user's group meeting. I will ask if I can distribute it.
Also, someone else prepared a PDF document outlining some troubleshooting and common problem types, but for the life of me I can't seem to find it, or remember where it came from! It was either posted here, or on the Solexa or Illumina google groups.
Cheers,
Scott.

Thanks Scott. I hope you can get it from your FAS.
At least it sounds like a troubleshooting sort of guide exists somewhere for sample prep. I was beginning to think it didn't. Too bad this website cannot Search for attachments like pdfs or images. I will try to look for it though based on your suggestions

Hi Scott,
Thanks for looking. Yes, I am aware there are many guides to help with sequencing run troubleshooting.
I made another post with technical questions, which I hope the forum readers here can answer for genomic prep. Perhaps we at Seqanswers can make our own troubleshooting guide if nothing exists.
