Does anyone know how the AB Inversion scores are calculated?
The documentation states that the inversion score is the the harmonic mean of the breakpoint scores. The two breakpoint scores are derived (somehow) by the coverage of reads at each end of the putative breakpoint.
Questions that come to mind:
What kind of coverage generates what kind of scores? Are mates/PE that return normal (non-inverted) alignments considered as well?
