Where to get Population RNA-seq Data??
Hi Everyone,
I was wondering if anybody knows databases where I can get population specific RNA-seq data. I know that Geuvadis has a collection of RNA-seq data with GBR, FIN, TSI, etc. but these are primarily European descent samples. I was wondering if there are any other sites where I can get a variety of RNA-seq samples from descents such East Asian (Chinese), South Asian (Indian), South American, etc. I wasn't able to find many sources for these descents and the ones I did, like on the Coriell Insitute (NIGMS collection), involved purchasing cell samples.
I am looking for the RNA-seq data from different populations so to use with Tophat, which means I would need the reference and the fasta reads.
