Extract intergenics regions from ncbi

i am looking for a tool which is able to extract intergenics regions from ncbi page (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/nuccore/NC_016985.1 for example). I have found IntergenicS but it doesn't work

When you say you want to extract it from the page, do you really mean from a .gb file? If so, this is an excellent case where learning a little perl or python can really help out. The Bioperl and Biopython projects have many modules available to do things like parse Genbank records (and extract subsequences), making it very easy to obtain intergenic regions.

Putting that aside for now, what do you mean when you say IntergenicS doesn't work?
