Stacks exce_velvetg not present
Hi
I am new in Stacks and running the paired tutorial available with the programm. I ran the steps till short_read_pairs.pl with almost 90% accuracy(some how the 100000.fa file is not available; getting till 99999.fa files) that is another problem, but what is more problematic is when I am running the next step i.e.
exec_velvet.pl
it is telling "no such file" , I searched usr/local/bin and found exec_velvet.pl is present but no exec_velvetg.pl. what should I do. Please help me.

fedora 20, 64 bit
