Default Poor enrichment...defective enrichment beads?

I'm having problems achieving a sufficient %age of enriched beads - my bead revovery is working well but when it comes to enriching, most beads are found to be anti-enriched.

Has anyone had experience of enrichment beads failing, or a poor lot number of enrichment beads? Has switching to a different lot# of enrichment beads ever improved enrichment of the same library?
