Hi there,
I'm new to this community, so this is to say hello and - at the same time - thanks to those providing helpful hints and information...
I was doing single/rare-cell DNA analysis and joined a team working on single-cell RNA issues...
... now that I got introduced to the RNA world (which caused some extra adaptation in the lab as my DNA-lab-reference-system is kind of resisting to hand over to RNA) I more or less feel comfortable and can dig into things.
The reason for being here is that I'm working on single-cell RNA sequencing which is why I started to follow the Smart-Seq2 protocol published earlier this year. Happy about the info I already got by surfing through the posts I might come up with one or two myself...
Looking forward to interact ...
