  • ICBR at University of Florida adopts GenomeQuest SDM Platform

    Hey Everyone,

The Interdisciplinary Center for Biotechnology Research (ICBR) at the University of Florida is adopting the GenomeQuest platform for sequence data management in NGS. According to ICBR Associate Director, Bill Farmerie, the decision to adopt GenomeQuest’s SDM platform will turn the ICBR “from service bottleneck to enabler,” a critical milestone for any core lab. The full news release is here: http://www.genomequest.com/ICBR_Adopts_SDM.xhtml

Also, in an interview available on our Web site, Bill talks about how his lab is using technology to stay ahead of the demands for information management and data analysis, and how next generation sequencing is changing the way biologists think about life science research. He’s an amazing thinker and a true pioneer in the use of next generation sequencing technologies. I encourage you to take a few minutes to hear what he has to say.

Looking forward to hearing from you.
