Export Annotated Splice Junctions from NCBI?
Hello All,
I am interested in obtaining the annotated exons from genomic sequences of B. malayi, coordinates would also work. I have only seen a tedious clicking method that, in the end, only displays the coordinates for one specific gene and doesn't allow to export the data. Is there a way to download all of this (either by scripting or through the NCBI site)? Thank you in advance!
