Default Webinar: Automated Bacterial Genome Closure in Lasergene Genomics Suite

DNASTAR is holding an automated bacterial genome closure webinar on December 5, 2012 at 12:00 pm EST (GMT -5:00). Please join us for a live demonstration of one of the most powerful features in Lasergene 10.1!

In this webinar, our own Matthew Keyser will first show you how to use Lasergene Genomics Suite to select a closely related reference sequence from a genome database. Then he’ll show you how you can use that genome as a template against which to align your reads. After assembly, Matt will show you how the software detects structural variations between the reference and sequenced strain, and then closes the majority of gaps automatically.
