Default find whether reads per million data is pair end or single ended

i downloaded reads per million data from gdc portal for aml patient and i need to know whether the data is pair ended or single ended. how do i find out?

Lightbulb Search for experimental and analysis protocols used to generate the data.

So first try to find the detailed description of their experimental and data analysis protocols and pipelines used to generate the results you've downloaded.

Also try downloading some aml RNAseq bam files from the GDL portal and digging into their headers...
