Does anyone know of a easy reference standard for the 'minimum information about...' or 'minimum information to describe...' for NGS experiments? In particular I'd like the set of expected fields to describe a 454 dataset. What is the 'minimum information to describe a 454 run'?

http://www.mibbi.org/index.php/Proje...S:Summary_list ??

I read this article:

The minimum information about a genome sequence (MIGS) specification
http://www.nature.com/nbt/journal/v2...l/nbt1360.html

And the EBI short read archive also provides some information:
http://www.ebi.ac.uk/embl/Documentation/ENA-Reads.html

But I'd rather keep it as simple as possible... any clear guidelines about?

Cheers,

Actually, I think box 1 in that publication is what I was after:
http://www.nature.com/nbt/journal/v2...l/nbt1360.html

Along with its associated update:
http://gensc.sf.net

Although I can't find anything there that resembles box 1!

Perhaps here:
