We are looking for an experienced Senior Information Technology Project Manager who will take on the management of key client projects in Infrastructure and Enterprise Applications with the goal of delivering every project on time, within budget and within scope.
Coordinate the work of IT professionals and administrative staff to produce a new piece or system of software or infrastructure. The core elements of the job are about organizing people and time resources, and seeing the project through from inception to completion. Meet the expectations of the business and the client.
Responsibilities:
• Accomplishes information technology staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
• Maintains organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies.
• Directs technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects.
• Completes projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments and data center.
• Verifies application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented.
• Preserves assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures.
• Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements.
• Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective action.
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• 10 years of experience as a Project Manager responsible for implementing cross functional application projects in Infrastructure and Enterprise Application environments.
• Management of numerous successful projects.
• Experience in successfully managing global project teams with team members located in different time zones.
• Experience using various project management methodologies with the ability to tailor approach for project success: Agile/Scrum and Waterfall.
• Must have proven previous experience in Infrastructure and Enterprise Application domains.
• Experience in successfully managing cross functional teams.
• Experience in successfully managing teams of business and technical resources in building Information Systems with partners and vendors.
• Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or Business is required.
• Technical skills in SAP ERP applications are a plus.
• Experience in managing infrastructure projects.
• PMP and/or PgMP certification a plus.
