NEXTflex DNA-Seq Now Compatible on Biomek® FXp

Bioo Scientific’s NEXTflex™ DNA Sequencing Kit for Illumina Compatible Libraries on Biomek® FXp allows for automated preparation of multiplexed genomic DNA libraries. Using the Beckman Coulter Biomek® FXp Span8/MC hybrid liquid handler on board protocol, users have the option of four size selection methods to create sequencing-ready libraries with insert sizes ranging from 150 bp to 700 bp. When used in conjunction with the NEXTflex-96™ DNA Barcodes, up to 96 uniquely barcoded samples can be simultaneously prepared with minimal set up time. For users who want to multiplex but do not need 96 barcodes, Bioo Scientific offers flexible options with the NEXTflex™ DNA Barcodes which are supplied in sets of 6, 12, 24, or 48 unique indices.
