Default Nextera Expanded Exome on MiSeq?

I was wondering if it is possible to run the Nextera Rapid Capture Expanded Exome kit on the MiSeq?

According to this PDF: ( only the Nextera Rapid Capture Exome kit is supported by the MiSeq using V3 reagents.

Has anyone tried the expanded exome on the MiSeq or know if it is possible?

JosieSeq I think your problem will be throughput.

I was going to run some Nextera Rapid Capture exomes on the MiSeq but for the coverage we wanted (100X) we would only have been able to run one at a time.

Thanks, sophiespo. I was guessing that coverage would be an issue, but I wasn't sure if someone had come up with a method using the new reagents.
