Hi all,
We will be soon starting to do libraries from Transcription factor (TF) Chip-seq, for a genome of ~ 330 Mb.
We want to multiplex and sequence them on HiSeq. We are going to multiplex 10 samples together.
I would like to know if:
1) Multiplexing 10 samples is too much
2) I read that multiplexing TF chip-seq is not good (maybe on GAII though). Does this hold true for HiSeq ?
3) Do you have any recommendation to take into account ? protocols to read ? ...
