Default Velveth output files

Hi, I am basically wondering which files velveth should produce as I have only been produced with Log, Roadmaps and Sequences in the out-dir folder.

The reason I ask if that I attempted to run velvetg, velveth and metavelvetg in one submission file and the above files were created and then an error occurred stating that a Graph file had not been created. I am now running the programs separately one after another to see at which step the issue occured but I was wondering if anyone has any idea or has had it happen? Any help you be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Tom

Velveth only produces the 3 output files Log, Sequences and Roadmaps.

Graph, Graph2 and LastGraph files are produced by velvetg.
