Default Weird Base Distribution in 10X DNA library

Hi Colleagues

I have been trying to sequence some 10X linked read DNA libraries from a plant for whole genome assembly. I am getting a weird pattern in the base distribution. We repeated this library a couple of times thinking that it was a library prep issue. Other sample libraries from different plants prepared along with this were fine. This was sequenced on Illumina Novaseq 6000. Can someone help explain this?

Thanks in Advance
