Seqanswers website access

I work at a large hospital and as of a week or so ago I get this whenever I try to access seqanswers from any computer here (it works fine from home):

What's up with that?

If there's a problem with the network here can someone give me more details about what could cause this, that I can pass along to the IT department?

Since no one else has reported seeing this I am wondering if this is part of the new security regimen ECO had put in when we were having problems with the site back in June time frame. If that is not true then the restriction may be on your end.

I have also seen this site some days/weeks(Can't really remember when) ago.
But it was only once and it was gone after reloading?!
