I have finished my RRBS analysis with methylkit R package. It returns me plenty of results, such as methylation distribution, coverage, clustering, annotation in the genome, DMRs and differential methylated genes.
What could I do next with the data methylkit provided? I would like to show the curves of the methylation levels on upstream +5000 bp, gene body, and downstream -5000 bp. Which pipeline or package can help me do this? Thank you very much. Jerry |
