Default analyze kallisto rnaseq data

Hi All,

I wonder how people analyze Kallisto data (estimated counts), using any bioconductor packages?

Thanks

you can use the tximport package to import kallisto output into R and then just use DEseq2. See here:https://bioconductor.org/packages/re.../tximport.html
