    Mg rast

    Dear Friends,

    I am newbie in Genomics field, I want perform metagenomics analysis of my soil sample but I have some doughts like, When I check my data on MG RAST in taxonomic hit distribution it shows 87%(407452) eukaryota data, however when click on it for download number of sequence increase or decrease by database means if select M5NR it shows 452669 on the other hand when I choose GENBANK it shows just 5236.
    Could anyone help me to solve my problem?
