Dear all, I have noticed a discrepancy between the number of reads with a specific MID that appears in the section "Computation" of AVA (i.e. 4125 reads) and the total reads with the same MID that appears in the section "Global Align" (274 reads). It's a very big difference! Is that because only 274 reads with that MID very good quality?
