Hi
I was working on RNA sequence analysis of paired end sequence reads with Tuxedo pipeline. It required an additional installation of MaSuRCA genome assembler for assembling super reads. I downloaded the latest version, MaSuRCA-3.2.2_RC1 , and gave the following command in the MaSuRCA-3.2.2_RC1 directory for its installation. # sudo ./install.sh Since its a long output i have pasted it in paste bin and here is the corresponding pastebin link: https://pastebin.com/XLAT4itm Due to the errors in between sr_config_example.txt file was not generated in MaSuRCA directory, and I couldn’t successfully run the perl command for assembling super reads. What could possibily be wrong here? Thanks in advance. [email protected] |
