Hi all,
I am not sure that this is the right forum for my questions, but i will try.. We wrote a brief communication paper and we sent it to Nature Methods, and it was rejected.. Now, we are looking for another journal, that have the same format.. (approximatly..) We know that all Nature groups have also brief communication, but we are looking for not-Nature journal.. The paper describe a novel strategy to work on WGS data , plus a tool that helps in analysis and visualize these data, in particular cancer. Any ideas? Thanks, Pap |

Bioinformatics uses a similarly brief format.
