  • EpMotion - NEBnext ultra program

Was wondering if there is a program out there for genomic library prep on the EpMotion. I know they have the TruSeq RNA one's, but I am more looking for DNA and hoping specfically for NEBNext Ultra.

    Thanks,
    A

I know this is an old post but maybe you are still working with this? Any update on a program for library prep with the NEBNext Ultra II FS? I'm having issues with the volumes and the plates to use for it. If you have any pieces of advice I'll be very grateful!

      Hi,

According to Eppendorf they have a protocol for this procedure: https://www.eppendorf.com/US-en/serv...-for-epmotion/

      Might contact them directly.

        NEB Next RNA II

        Hello,

I noticed that you're interested in methods for the NEB Next RNA II method. If you would like a copy of these methods, please email Eppendorf's Application Support team. [email protected]

        Have a great day,
        Jesse

Essential Discoveries and Tools in Epitranscriptomics
          by seqadmin

The field of epigenetics has traditionally concentrated more on DNA and how changes like methylation and phosphorylation of histones impact gene expression and regulation. However, our increased understanding of RNA modifications and their importance in cellular processes has led to a rise in epitranscriptomics research. “Epitranscriptomics brings together the concepts of epigenetics and gene expression,” explained Adrien Leger, PhD, Principal Research Scientist on Modified Bases...

          Current Approaches to Protein Sequencing
          by seqadmin

Proteins are often described as the workhorses of the cell, and identifying their sequences is key to understanding their role in biological processes and disease. Currently, the most common technique used to determine protein sequences is mass spectrometry. While still a valuable tool, mass spectrometry faces several limitations and requires a highly experienced scientist familiar with the equipment to operate it. Additionally, other proteomic methods, like affinity assays, are constrained...
