Dear All,
I would like to use bioperl script to calculate ka ks. I have already install bioperl at the root, since when I run perldoc Bio::SeqIO , it runs well. However, when I run perl bp_pairwise_kaks.pl, it gives me the following feedback:
perl: warning: Setting locale failed.
perl: warning: Please check that your locale settings:
LANGUAGE = (unset),
LC_ALL = (unset),
LC_CTYPE = "UTF-8",
LANG = "zh_CN.UTF-8"
are supported and installed on your system.
perl: warning: Falling back to the standard locale ("C").
Must have bioperl-run pkg installed to run this script at bp_pairwise_kaks.pl line 66.
However, I have already installed the bioperl. What this bioperl -run pkg mean?
Thanks!
