    Ion torrent S5 oncomine focus assay

    Hello,

    Can anyone please help me. I am new to the Ion Torrent world and therefore feel helpless sometime. I have run oncomine focus assay a few times, with good results. I usually run both DNA and RNA samples but this time I decided to run just DNA samples. Which template should I use to run only DNA samples. Can anyone please help me? Thanks :-)

    There should be a templates for "Oncomine Focus DNA for S5" and "Oncomine Focus DNA" (at least for Torrent Suite 5.8).
