Default help needed with Bambus error..grommit error

hi ,

i am working on ubuntu 10.10..and i am not able to install bambus programme(gene assemble software)

when i give command 'make all' it gives me this message

can anyone tell me what is grommit error,

i have taked care of all the information given in the site, about editing the path and fixing the bug
